Mr. Md Shadekur Rohman has completed his LLB (Hons) from University of London and BSS (Hons) and MSS in Sociology from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet, Bangladesh. Currently he is undertaking Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE).
Mr. Rohman worked in different high street law firm and gained a wide range of experience in different aspects of law. He has been working as a Legal Consultant of Hubers Law from 2020, and keen interest and experience in different areas of Immigration Law including Entry clearance, Leave to Remain, Point Based System Migration, Indefinite Leave to Remain (Settlement), Nationality citizenship, Asylum and Human Rights.
He also has experience in Welfare benefits, Property Law, Civil Litigation, Family law, Appeal at First- tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal, Judicial Review and Unlawful Detention.
Mr. Rohman is passionate to provide high-quality service and achieving the best result of his clients.
He is actively engaged in various charitable and social welfare activities such as MSA-Shahjalal University, SUSTian Europe, JWA-UK and enjoys reading and writing on current affairs and humanitarian issues in newspapers and social media.
