After the Court of appeals re-open cases’ hearing listed on 06 Nov’18 (although settled), our Senior Legal Consultant Shafiul Tauhid is now dealing two #ETS #TOEIC re-instate cases’ group hearing on 22 January 2019 in the Upper Tribunal.

Today, we have settled a reinstate ETS/TOEIC case in the Upper Tribunal. HO agreed to settle the client’s Court of Appeal case. Our Senior Legal Consultant Shafiul Tauhid has been dealing these cases.

On 18th we have settled our last case in the Upper Tribunal’s ETS/TOEIC group hearing for reinstating the claim. HO agreed to offer remedies which the claimant has been seeking since 2014. Our Senior Legal Consultant Shafiul Tauhid had contributed to this case.
